More Than Skincare
Three sisters. One physician-developed formula. Nearly two decades of frustration that led to revolutionary skincare.
Most clean skincare isn't backed by science.

Cultivated Skin Company exists in the space between.
A physician-developed formula built from 5 natural ingredients, grounded in cellular science, and designed for people who are done with damaging conventional skincare options.
The Search For Better Skin
For nearly two decades, physician Jessica Vickers cycled through every solution her medical training could offer. Retinol. Tretinoin. Hydroquinone. Laser treatments.
The results (when they came) were temporary and often came with a cost. Retinols and topical acids left her skin more vulnerable to UV damage and photo-aging, not less. Any improvement she saw would reverse the moment the sun returned.
The frustration wasn't just personal. As a physician, she understood what these ingredients were doing to her skin at a cellular level and couldn’t find a better answer in conventional skincare.
Discovering Camelia
Determined to find something that worked with her skin rather than against it, Jessica began researching ingredients that supported skin health at the cellular level. She found her answer in camellia flower extract.
Research showed that camellia flower extract could increase the survival of fibroblasts, the skin cells responsible for producing collagen. More of those cells, maintained over time, means firmer skin and fewer fine lines.
From there, she developed a formula around it. Five clean, carefully sourced ingredients. No fillers.
Why Camelia Flower?
Research showed that camellia flower extract can help support fibroblasts, the cells responsible for producing collagen and maintaining skin structure.
Unlike retinols and topical acids, which work by stressing the skin and can increase sensitivity to UV damage over time, camellia flower enhances fibroblast survival, slowing the aging process with continued use.
It is also a potent antioxidant that protects against UV-related damage and pollution, making it a gentler but effective alternative for people with melasma, hyperpigmentation, or reactive skin.
A Formula Worth Sharing
After months of consistent use, Jessica's skin had visibly changed. It was firmer, more even, and the stubborn hyperpigmentation she had battled for years was finally under control.
An objective skin analysis using the Canfield VISIA Skin Analysis System confirmed what she was seeing: she had taken three years off her TrueSkin Age in just six months of use.
When she shared the formula with her sisters, Jenna and Wendy, they began seeing results too.
When the three sisters recognized what they had, they combined Jessica's medical expertise, Jenna's clinical experience, and Wendy's business instincts to create Cultivated Skin Company.
Meet The Founders
Jessica Vickers - Physician & Co-Founder
Jessica spent nearly two decades trying every solution her medical training could offer to help with her skin. When nothing worked, and began causing even more damage to her skin, she began to research ingredients that supported skin at the cellular level. What she discovered became the key ingredient in Cell Survival Oil.
Wendy Lee Co-Founder & Business Strategist
Wendy was one of the first people Jessica shared the formula with, and also began seeing results just as significant as her sisters. She’s the force behind the business side of Cultivated Skin Company, and brings the strategy, direction, and marketing skills that have helped make Cultivated Skin Company what it is today.
Jenna Holland - Nurse Practitioner & Co-Founder
Jenna knows firsthand how difficult problem skin is to treat, because she's lived it. When Jessica shared the formula with her, she started noticing a difference in her skin within just two weeks. Her nursing background shapes how Cultivated Skin Company talks about skin health: practically, honestly, and with real science-backed results.
