Refund and Returns Policy

Cultivated Skin Company does not offer returns. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace the defective item. To initiate the exchange process, please email us clear pictures of the damaged product within seven days of receipt.

In the rare event that the product is sold out and cannot be replaced, a refund will be issued. Please note that opened bottles cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding and support.
